Hmmmmmmmmm............. -8 in Seneca, Oregon, right now. Positively balmy. Worked up there a couple of weeks during one winter, the high during the day was less than -20. Record there is -54 F. So, this is unusual for Western Oregon, same ol' for Easten Oregon.
