What Trump looks like atage 80 is what a good percentage of our younger people look like at age 20 today. Only a quarter of males can qualify for the military today as compared to 96% during WW 2.

Here we go again. The TDS sufferers come out.
I served 23 years in the military and over time, it got "too relaxed" and we had overweight personnel serving. That ended. Thankfully. You MUST be completely physically fit and not be below a certain height to serve on active duty.
As to Trump's body/health, in June, he will be 80 years old and has been a civilian all his life. I do NOT expect him to be remotely close to the physical shape of anyone in the military. Biden was a doddering, mentally challenged geriatric and compared to Trump, was far behind him, yet you defended the fool, even after his disastrous final debate with Trump.
