Yes the NHS has had setbacks for years, and who is to blame for that? successive Governments mainly Conservatives who have been attacking the NHS for years, the fct is when the NHS was established the Conservatives voted time and time again against it, at least the Medics don't want my debit card before they treat me like in your Country where insurance companies are ripping people off, and i told you paying taxes is not a free lunch we pay for these services, now since that mad Cow Thatcher started selling all State assets, foreigners have massive stakes in those industries, very patriotic sell our arse to other Countries, one case in point is my home energy provider, it is actually Nationalized only problem is by the French Government, this is the way rightwing nutters would like to take our NHS, people like Farage.
