They gave you for sure your body. So "never ... anything" is something else.
What about if no one gave her credit? What about if she had not to pay for something else so she was able to do the payment, what about ...

You can what about for the next hundred years and still wonder what about.
The fact is, she worked hard, got herself a car and said God answered her prayers.
It seems a petty thing to pray for and a petty thing for Him to consider, to me.

Not everyone has any food to eat, let alone delicious food and no stuff to store. What about them? Does God love them? Does He also love those born without the capacity to think?

Do we love them enough to provide work and provisions that this earth provides for all of us? God's work is spiritual; ours is physical. It is people, not God, who struggle to love those with physical and mental disabilities. I have worked with these people. My experience is that they can be loved more by us, and as that is the case, God's love is topping all the love we can give.
Matthew 7:
22: Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23: And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Do not for one moment think your works can earn your way into heaven. Let's put it this way. I think we would all agree that Bill Gates has a very nice house. You want to spend a week in Bill Gate's house, so you drive up to the gate. A voice asks you what you want. You say you want to spend the week in the house. What does the voice ask you?
1. How nice are you?
2. How many times have you donated your used computer equipment to charities?
3. Do you use an Apple device?
4. Have you used Microsoft Windows regularly in the past 6 months?

5. Does Bill Gates know you and has he invited you to spend the week?
The point is, Bill Gates invites people he knows into his house. Not good people, not nice people, not strangers. He invites in people he knows, and so does God. Just like you can't demand entrance to Bill Gates' house because you've done a bunch of nice things but don't know him, you can't expect entrance to God's house unless you know Him and He knows you. Now, if you know Him, you WILL do good things, you can't help it. If you're not doing good things, better check your relationship. IOW, those good deeds are not things you do hoping they'll give you the inside track with God, you do them because He guides you into them and you want to please Him.
When I got married, I did not ask my wife for a list of 10 things that she expected me to do for which I could demand her happiness. "You can't be mad at me; I did all 10 things on the list this week!!" No, I watched her, learned what she liked and tried to do those things to the best of my ability because I wanted to make her happy in the moment. Far too many of us expect to hold our works over God's head and demand that He accept us when the reality is that we can no more earn His favor than we can swim from California to Hawaii. Some might make it further than others, but no one is going to walk out of the surf on the Hawaiin beach.
