Through progressive policies it is now facing drought compounded by the fact that no public water storage facilities have been built in the last 20 years, and the largest supply of illegal aliens who take money, but don't add money to the economy so now you crow that it is the 8th largest because you're too dimwitted, or too young to remember when California was an economic powerhouse.
