SNAP Fraud: A $50,000 EBT Card, One Person Getting Benefits from 6 Different States

Some states have that - called family caps. Real solution is no welfare for kids. Poor people should not have kids.
And if I point out that anyone who has kids before they can afford them is to blame for themselves, people start attacking me for saying it.

Or they'll say "my parents were poor when they had me. Technically I wouldn't be born if my parents followed your advice". That's true. Neither would I. Parents back in the 70's just figured it out. But that was back in the day you could graduate high school and find a job that would support a family.

The problem is we need these poor fuckers having more kids. We're starting to have a population problem. That's why I don't mind letting immigrants in. They work and we need the bodies.

2 children max received benefits up to age18 and when one “retires” then another minor child can step in while still keeping the household at two max
This will install some responsibility rather than children being cash cows
That's cool. I would go for that.

Or maybe only give it to single moms with kids? I could stomach that. And only allow them to buy certain things. Food for kids.

Why should single moms be incentivized to have kids they can't afford? Here is an example of what I have a problem with.

Alexis has been receiving food stamps since her first child was born. She has two children, ages 12 and six. “The government is the reason we’ve been able to eat most of the month, and the other half, I’m counting each cent to survive, what with food prices and rent,” she says. She is concerned that SNAP will be suspended, despite the judges’ ruling. With the high cost of food and no coupons, her children “will have nothing to eat.”

This woman went on SNAP because she had a child she couldn't afford. Then, instead of learning from that experience, six years later she goes and has another kid while she still can't afford the first one and she's been on SNAP for 12 years now. This is not how these programs should work. If we're going to have them they should be for temporary assistance, maybe a year at most, not a lifestyle.

I can't argue with you. I really can't. If you want me to be completely honest, you're right.

But I also feel like this is a perfect example of how the rich divide us. Instead of us going after them, they got you attacking the poor.

Approximately 70% of working-age SNAP recipients work full-time.

So let's say we cut off the 30% who don't work full time. Or lets say those people are unable to work and so we would never cut them off.

If we take SNAP away from the 70% who work full time, would that force the companies who employ them to pay them more?

I'm assuming the people who work full time and get snap qualify because they have kids. If they didn't have kids, they can buy their own food.

Here's the other problem. Right now the Trump administration is thinking about giving Americans who have babies money because we have a birth problem. Are you saying people should only qualify for the money if they make enough money? So no poor person who has a kid would get the baby money? Who's going to dig our ditches in 20 years?

what makes you think only one person abuses it??

Oh you think I meant literally 1 person? Sorry I didn't know I was talking to a moron.

The abuse rate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is difficult to quantify as a percentage, but recent data shows an improper payment rate of approximately 11.7% in FY 2023, which includes both errors and fraud

One MUST assume most were improper payments not fraud. Unless you are a skeptical person but you can't be not if you are still supporting Trump's policies. You must be the ultimate optimist thinking that it's going to get better. It's not. But I'm a pessimist.

Anyways, so 5% if fraud.

100 billion a year we give away in SNAP. So $5 billion. Nothing. Trump just gave Argentina $20 billion. The Saudi prince invested $2 billion with Jared. He's about to invest another $2 billion with Don Jr.

It's funny how you bigots roast fraud by poor folks, but you watch Trump get richer by scamming the presidency and you excuse it.

why must one assume such a ridiculous thing??

People like you are sick in the head. You worry so much about wht sme poor person is getting, while the biggest scams you are paying for are by very wealthy people who have more than enough. Most of your tax money goes to defense contractors that charge 10 bucks for a nail, yet you're all for a fat bloated military. Only a few pennies of your tax dollars go to SNAP.

This is what I mean. Usually don't taz me bro is a moderate guy. Suddenly, he's fighting for MAGA and he's PISSED off at poor people who get SNAP. He's not wrong about those idiots. They shouldn't be having kids they can't afford. But what he is doing reminds me of when Wallstreet fucked us in 2008 and in 2009 guys like Don't taz my balls were attacking the Occupy Wallstreet protesters. The rich successfully distracted him and divided us.

Yes, he needs to stop worrying about poor people and start worrying about the ever widening gap between the mega rich and rest of us.

Billie Eilish spoke to billionaires at the WSJ Magazine Innovator Awards in October 2025, urging them to "give your money away, shorties" during her acceptance speech. The audience included prominent billionaires like Mark Zuckerberg. Eilish also announced she would donate $11.5 million from her tour to support organizations fighting food inequity and climate change.
challenging them to use their wealth for good causes.

Billie is POOR compared to them and still she gave away $11 million. Imagine if all those billionaires did the same. They'd do a lot of good and probably make it all back in one good day for the DOW.

Why not? Why not try to end the program. I think we will see no one starves. It's like the government shut down. 1 month in I wasn't affected one bit. The only ones affected were government workers. And it seems like their jobs aren't essential because 1 month later nothing happened. Business as usual.

I would love to hear that Trump straight up killed all the gang members in prison. He's old. He won't live long. The only way to really solve the problem is to kill them all. I watch a show on Vice called Gangs of America. Scary shit. MS13, aryans, black gangs.

MS-13 (Mara Salvatrucha 13) originated in the marginalized neighborhoods of Los Angeles, California, in the 1980s, founded by Salvadoran immigrants and their children who were fleeing El Salvador's brutal civil war.

Here's what pisses me off. They escaped El Salvador because of the violence. Then they brought the violence here. I say send them and their parents who brought them here home and kill any gang member in prison.

If you are a gang member and you continue after this purge then as we kill you we will tell the public it's gang on gang crime. Nothing for us to worry about. They're just killing themselves. But really it'll be Trump killing them.

If Trump can justify the Saudi prince killing a journalist, and if you can defend Trump blowing up boats off the coast of Venezuela with no evidence, I'm sure you guys would justify Trump killing gang members.

it should be ended at the fed level since theres no constitutional authority to take from one american and give to another without just cause and due process,,

let the states take care of it,,

It’s less funny how everyone who won’t jump for joy to do you bidding is a bigot and racist
Stop lying and crying and be responsible

If the frauds worked as hard at actually working as they do at cheating then 90% of SNAP beneficiaries would not need it
There’s truth to that.
The effort required to scam the system for as much gov money as possible could easily be used on a full time job.
But, as Lonesome Rhodes once surmised, “A job? Man, that sounds too much like work!”

I know one of the six state guys. Interesting story. He's just a kid, wants to be a podcaster. He started out in MA, his parents kicked him out of the house so he got food stamps. Then he moved in with his brother in NV, and got food stamps there too. Now he's in Hollywood and gets California EBT too. I've actually seen him use the MA card in a California store, I'm laughing but I'm also like hello... no one checks?

Remember we don't want to ban SNAP just because one person abused it.
One person?? :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg:
Your ignorance is glaring. Trading food stamp for cash back in the days were rampant. I've seen food stamp recipients driving $50K car and up, open business using another family member's name, living in $1 million house, etc.

Links to these people being charged?

How is it a doctors assistant is paid so little that they qualify for assistance?
