There is a way. Like I've said a million times, how did my brothers VP of HR job go from $500K a year to $1 million a year? Seems like the leaders in that corporation gave all the raises to the guys and gals at the top.
Im sure they didnt give them that raise just to be nice. They must have brought value to the company to give them that raise.
And want to hear something that will piss you off? Women and blacks are taking over his department.
Why do you think that would piss me off? I dont care what color or gender they are. If they can do the job then they deserve it.
Then thats for their bosses to address if its an issue.Companies need to diversify so they need to find females and blacks. What better department to give to a woman or black than the HR department, right? What harm can they do? Well, it turns out they are even harder on employees than the white men they replaced. They want to prove themselves so they are cheap with the raises too.
AND, get this. If my brother a white man was making $1 million, a DEI hire makes double or quadruple what a white man makes. Because they are so rare. Hard to find. One company will steal a black VP away from another company. They are in high demand. Point is, isn't that ridiculous they make this kind of money? But they decide what they are worth and they decide what you are worth. Guess what? You aren't worth shit.
A company isn't going to pay someone ridiculous salary unless they are worth it. They gave stock holders to account to.
