More fuckery from the VA as they decide to stop using a procedure put in place by lawmakers that lets the Department get rid of deficient leadership faster. The head guys at the VA say they don't need the procedure for accountability. I'm sick of Goverment agencies policing their own and the DOJ has no business deciding whats Constitutional.

Well at least you put in a link so I could read the story, the whole story and nothing but the story. The DOJ said the new process might be unconstitutional, that it could provide the ones being fired with legal grounds to sue but the constitutionality would not be determined by the VA or the Lawmakers but by the courts. Of course the VA jumped on it in a heart beat, might have been their plan all along to find a "loophole", that is pretty much true of any and every federal agency, protect their own.
