People can leave home to go food shopping, office supplies shopping, and shopping for other essential items "needed by the household." Alcohol for example.
For medical visits, exercise including surfing etc.
And, some people won't stay home as required and keep visiting their cousins, other relatives, and friends...killing elderly ones by giving them the virus.
They know better than the govt health officials, they think...but in reality know nothing
