Along with the entire Obama administration, they are giving Illegals 35,000 dollars in tax refunds based upon the illegals saying they have worked 10 years and paid taxes, some of them are arriving daily with paperwork handed to them so they can apply and the people providing the paper work are part of the US Congress, along with the Obama administration.

Of course.

The Democrats impeached Richard Nixon for doing less than the IRS apparently did. (Except Nixon got out of town just before the posse arrived.) I'd expect them to be leading the charge against the IRS, now that they are doing even more than Nixon ever did.

Nixon asked his IRS to target his political enemies... but the IRS refused to do it.

Now we have the IRS actually doing it, in a widespread program involving in many departments and locations, and for a period of years.

We haven't seen evidence that Obama asked them to target conservative groups. He didn't have to - they are occupied by his ideological fellow travelers and lawbreakers such as Lois Lerner, who didn't need to be told what he wanted them to do. So he's probably "clean" on this one, just as Warren G. Harding likely wasn't the driving force behind the Teapot Dome scandal.

But yes, the IRS should clearly be under criminal investigation. If this behavior isn't criminal wrongdoing by the IRS, what behavior would be?
