In other words, it would do nothing to staunch the flow of illegal immigrants into the country. The devil is in the details. The bill proposes money for programs that have no chance of working. It's a political ploy in an election year as well, shutting the barn door after all the horses are long gone. We're not fooled.

The only 'bill' I would support is money for the return trip back to where they came from.
