Things will ultimately settle down. The divide and conquer mentality was ushered in by Obama. That's when the Dim Party started putting everyone into silo's. Example: "I am not an American. I am a Non-Binary they/them Queer Afro-Latinx."
That is the bullshit that forced everyone into separate camps, and the Press and the Dims encouraged this. Trump is currently in the process of blowing all of it up.

This is something no Dim understands. Trump is really a force in reaction to Dim excesses across the board. Be it cultural, political, or legal. The pendulum swung too far in one direction and Trump is pulling it back. The Dims could understand this is necessary, but their entire Party has devolved into opposing everything Trump says or does. Hence, they have zero ideas or an agenda to make America better.

1. First thing to be considered, it must be pointed out that the distrust has been earned by bad behavior by liberal members of those institutions. When your side decided to make those instistutions part of the political partisan battle, they used them in ways that untrustworthy.

2. Long term? We need to purge or destroy the institutions that are now hostile to America. The msm is already being nicely replaced with alternative media. That is a good thing. But we can't stop there. The government and the schools must be hit too. Corporations that continue to play the DEI game must be fined to death. ect.

Do you honestly want to know?

MAGAs distrust of the government (including leftwing controlled courts), leftwing media which is most of it, entertainment., scientific institutions, big business, many religious organizations is because they have all been controlled by a Marxist minded deep state intent on controlling the message the people receive and that message will be the propaganda they want to put out. Nothing else is to be allowed.

The MAGA vision is a strong, free, secure, prosperous America with choices, options, and opportunity to prosper for all. That necessitates restoration of free speech so that the people get all the information and not just what the deep state wants them to have.

When that is accomplished, the probability of a wide split among the American people will be slim to none because that deep state will lose it's power to cause that.
