The undocumented aren't voting.

The problem with ICE is that they've gone from "Looking for specific person" to "Hassling anyone who isn't sufficiently white".

A dear friend of mine is an immigrant from the Philippines. She is a naturalized citizen, her husband is a veteran, her son is a US citizen.

Yet she feels the need to carry her passport and naturalization papers with her when she travels in case ICE hassles her.

They have no Probable Cause that these people are no US Citizens...

My personal view is this.

The Governor of a State should say that if the people keep complaining about being harassed..

The State AG should send police out on the streets observe these "ICE agents".... They have:

• No Badge
• Masked
• Asking people illegally for ID (breaks the constitution)
• Detaining people without Probable Cause (breaks the constitution)
• A number wouldn't pass the fitness exam for federal officers
• Using pepper and tear gas excessively
• Federal Government didn't inform them they were in the area

I think the State Officers could determine that these are no Federal Officers, they are just cosplay. They are all armed, so they should proceed with caution and arrest them all on suspicion of inpersonating an officer... Due to them being all armed, they would have to be processed back at the Station...

This seems very reasonable especially if someone rang in to say they couldn't be Federal Officers because they are breaking the law.

Arrest them all, and if they are all Federal Officers they can go. But if they are masked and no badges, we have to arrest you again tomorrow by a different officer.

The ICE officers have no have no grounds to sue. The State Officers have Probable Cause, any judge would agreed with them.
