I read somewhere a quote by Sen. John Kennedy (R) LA. He suggested the republicans stop funding under this bill for ICE and after the gov't is reopened. Reintroduce the funding legislation for ICE when the threshold for passing would be simple majority. Sounds reasonable to me.
