TOPIC: Global Governance

In addition to sovereignty, you might as well send flowers to the Internet’s freedom of speech funeral:

. . . will they immediately declare Limbaugh, Savage, Hannity, and others null and void, no longer streaming live, websites gone forever—and, why? Because of “all their hate, and lies, and xenophobia,” and all the rest of that slanted, spiced up, tinged, and tinted happy horse manure that even the Government-funded, sucking snake PBS spews, such as:

“Republican lawmakers are accusing the Obama administration of allowing countries like Russia, China and Iran to take control over the Internet. Their beef with the administration focuses on a relatively obscure nonprofit overseen by the U.S. government that is scheduled to become fully independent Saturday.”

XXXXX

Your freedom would be obliterated, and your enslavement enhanced, by a very simple, traditional, favorite form of the old Soviet propaganda technique called, “salami tactics.” A slice at a time, a cut here and a cut there, all very gradual, and pretty soon, POOF! They’ve painlessly, and unnoticed, cut up and consumed the entire problem.

YOUR New INTERNET: DID YOU WANT DOG CHOPS WITH THAT?

Now, tax dollar parasites over at PBS (CPB) can openly advocate handing the United Nations taxing authority over the American people that they long sought. Make no mistake about it. An “. . . obscure nonprofit overseen by the U.S. government . . .” will become a cash cow for the United Nations. Opening the door is only the first of incremental steps that will ultimately feed an entire herd of United Nations cash cows.

NOTE: Funding public television was a disaster from the start.

To me, it looks like the Chicago sewer rat rammed through the Internet giveaway to pay for two votes on the United Nations Security Council —— France and the United Kingdom. Russia and China already want him to succeed Ban Ki-moon. The United States is the sewer rat’s only obstacle he faces if Hillary Clinton loses the election. See this thread:

Finally, assuming Obama does not get the job before he leaves office in January, I am not at all convinced that President Trump will veto the lying sack of shit. It will take an awful lot of courage to take on the powerful forces pushing a global government administered by the United Nations.

You got all that from a domain name and IP address transfer?

You got all that from a domain name and IP address transfer?
To Moonglow: No. I got if from more than six decades of watching Socialism/Communism incrementalism at work in the United Nations.

Good thing Congress doesn't care..
To Moonglow: “Good thing . . .” must mean you agree with the giveaway!

For the record, it is larger than the current crop not caring. The US Senate has been a nest of traitors since the day 89 senators ratified the United Nations Charter and will remain so as long as the US remains in the United Nations.
If so you could say they are anti-Oblama..
To Moonglow: Why let federal judges off easy? Damn few are anti-Obama, or pro-America, when the United Nations is challenged:

A federal judge in Texas who was appointed by Barack Obama, George C. Hanks Jr., on Friday refused to delay the president’s planned giveaway of U.S. oversight of a key piece of the Internet, setting up the transfer when a critical contract expires heading into the weekend.

The states of Arizona, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas had sued to block the U.S. from giving up oversight of the non-profit Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, which maintains databases for Internet domain names, the Internet’s phone book.
