Although Senator Bernie Sanders has vowed to compete in the final Democratic presidential primary in Washington, D.C., he gave no indication that he could still win the nomination from Hillary Clinton, and said he would work with her to defeat Donald Trump.

He was never close. Hillary could have stomped him into the ground, if she'd made the effort, but it was a better tactical decision to leave him essentially unopposed. That kept the Democrats in the news cycle longer, left Sanders' followers less angry, and saved money for the general election.
 
I love how Sanders would win a state by almost 20% but lose 15-7 on delegates....what a system...what a great system for the establishment - fool proof
 
Gloating is never UN-unbecoming, premature gloating even less so.

It ain't over 'til it's over.

In the meantime, I guess it's back to our sloppy-ass undisciplined drum circles for me and my fellow hippies...
