Many of those business will never recover. For that piece of dirt Harris to bail them all out, she was saying it was okay what you did, inciting them to go destroy and steal MORE from businesses. That's because their definition of peace is unity. Unity meaning everyone United under them. They want everyone to agree with them and follow them. So they will have peace if everyone is under their banner.
