So now, if she wants to be consistent she needs to solve the root causes in the Philippines, El Salvador, India, Honduras, Mexico..... etc. and maybe then so many people wont have the need to emigrate.
I remember once Hillary tried to solve the root causes in Haiti and we sent billions of dollars that disappeared
