So we can do something simplistic and ignorant, like build a wall and ignore the whole thing, and act surprised when China and/or Russia and/or North Korea gain geopolitical, economic and military footholds down there, or we can do the smart thing and address this complicated issue head on.

Sadly, America's childish political divisions have rendered us impotent to solve problems, so doing the smart thing is no longer an option.

Crime in Honduras keeps going down. towns in the countries they passed through to get to a us border town had less crime than said town they came to!
