I think this video is important from the point of view of how do we solve modern progressives utilitarian view of the constitution? i.e., Their use of American values and the Constitution as a cudgel when needed, but ignoring it the rest of the time.
Nick gets the diagnosis correct, and his solution is basically going back to federalism, in point of fact, letting some states make laws that will fight against government over-reach on individual issues.
However, he never really understands and prescribes how to do that, and thus, his solutions don't really solve the basic inherent problem as to why anti-America, unconstitutional ideas seem to continue to come from the left, because at heart, they really believe that: THE GOVERNMENT can solve the problems of society, while core American values, voluntary exchange and a competition of ideas cannot. Why do we have that problem? Because authoritarians like to strip power & liberty from the people to CONTROL society, rather than letting individuals make their own destiny, all at the expense of liberty and freedom.
But how did they get to that? What gives the government that power? And then, IMO, he correctly identifies that two biggest factors in subverting the culture, but his solution? He does not address where these unAmerican ideas come from, how they are enforced, nor what can be done to stop this basic problem which is now inherent to the entire system.
First he correctly identifies the crux of the problem. The sixteenth amendment is NOT compatible with the philosophy that the rest of the constitution is based on, and indeed, the very concept of federalism in the first place. This is pointed out at slight bump in most viewed content around the 21 minute mark, the comparison of FDRs new deal with fascism in Europe.

The power to tax is the power to destroy. 'The power to tax is the power to destroy,' a quote by John Marshall, succinctly captures the essence of the immense influence that taxation holds over individuals and society as a whole. Simply put, this statement recognizes that the power to levy taxes

In McColluch v. Maryland (1819), Chief Justice John Marshall of the United States Supreme Court, the last of the great Founders, said that “the power to tax is the power to destroy.” He said it nonchalantly, as if it were not anything anyone disagreed about. The issue in that case was whether a...

Let's go to the second diagnosis of the problem,
education, at minute mark 34:00.
Here;
Knowing the true history of modern compulsory education, and the creation of national standards IS key to understanding the problem. The federal government takes an area of life that SHOULD be up to local communities, and places a national agenda via unfunded mandates. This is how it takes kids away from parents and raises them. If there was no department of education, and the national politics could not be dictated to local communties via unfunded mandates and government support of higher ed, this would not be the problem it is today. . . and this is again, all made possible through the manipulation of how taxes are collected and spent by the feds;
This seven minute video should help clarify;
The pinnacle success of this taxonomy was the how the global ruling elites got Americans to react to the scamdemic. (It should be noted however, it was AMERICA and her people that stopped that psy-op from completion due to our basic values.)
So as you can see, Nick's solution and prescription of how to deal with the dissemination of unAmerican values, and the manipulation of policy? That will likely, in the end, only make matters worse. In fact, that is how we got the first civil war IMO.
A better solution is getting rid of the 16th amendment and the Department of Education, rather than putting out brush fires of authoritarianism that seem to continue, year after year, state by state. (And, ironically, these are two things Trump ran on, but has now turned away from.)
That's just my POV on this video. Either way, I hope this has helped you to understand and more critically analyze the opinion of those videos that you watch, the news you see, and the material you read.
