I can't imagine a woman with a life inside of her not wanting to do everything she could to protect that life.

One of my favorite saints is Saint Gianna Beretta Molla, who is the patron saint of the unborn. When she found herself with a dangerous pregnancy, she refused to abort her child, and gave up her own life for the sake of her child's life.
