Once a baby is named, and a pregnancy is excepted by the mother upon finding out she is with child, then that baby is by the mother "assigned" personhood wherefore the mother willingly allows herself to protect, nourish, and have her child fully develope within her womb.

Where it all gets very complicated is when you have a very emotional confused women getting pregnant, and then deciding that she doesn't want to be pregnant after the fact (for whatever reason), and so IMO where the state goes wrong, is that it somehow allows or enables her to seek out an abortion in a place that welcomes that woman for either profits or just cold hearted aid to destroy her pregnancy that is justified by those profits...... This profiting happens instead of having any compassion for mother or her unborn child now developing in her womb. Once the baby killing industrial complex was formed, and the profits began to roll, then it all started sucking in the government, and the taxpayer's either in some cases directly or indirectly causing people to become unknown accomplices to the tragic decision making of an emotional woman who is attempting to use abortion as a form of birth control.

The government gracefully bowing out was the correct thing to do in the case, now it's up to the state's to either be part of it or bow out also. If they all bow out, then the only way forward is for women and men to use contraception, and to preplan the female pregnancy together.

The killing for profit needs to end, because it got out of control just like many knew that it would. The results or stats just kept getting higher and higher, and the trending/brainwashing just kept getting heavier and heavier or thicker and thicker.

NFBW: Do you have the intellectual capability to have a discussion about abortion as a matter of conscience?

(1) Human Life is sacred and should always be protected from the moment of conception for it is a creation of God as defined by revealed religions found mostly in Western Civilization.

(2) Human life requires consciousness and therefore a human mind. Nature has provided a moral way out for women in a condition of unwanted pregnancy. It takes 22 weeks for a fetus to develop a brain of its own. The choice to self induce an abortion during the first 22 weeks of pregnancy is not a humanistic idealistic decision without consequences, but it must be an acceptable and permitted decision by every humanely ordered and well meaning established society that is grounded in reason, law science, liberty and equal justice for all.
