For the authoritarian fascist right, overturning Roe was about forcing a nationwide ban; it was about denying every American woman her right to privacy and reproductive autonomy; it was about more government, bigger government at the expense of individual liberty.

Let’s try to get our heads around this. Trump’s justification and rational for supporting the overturning of Roe v Wade was that the issue should be returned to the states where the people of those states will address the issue based on the will of the people . Right?

So, now we have states where abortion is legal, but where anti abortion terrorists are running amok and doing all that they can to intimidate and shut down abortion provider and cower the patients .

I'm guessing that Ogle's referring to the Plan B pills and the like. Guess what though patriot, that's STILL not anywhere close to a national abortion ban because of the fact that other methods of abortion would still be legal. Also, just because this bill got reintroduced, doesn't mean that it's going to go anywhere. If it did, why didn't this bill get through committee the other time(s) it was initially introduced in 2023?

As for Burlison's plan, when nothing comes out from this, what then? Because I firmly believe that the SC already took the federal government out of abortion "business". So, I'm not concerned at all. Want to know how I know this isn't being taken seriously? The total lack of outrage over Burlison's proposal.

The proposed ban on “plan B “ is in fact federal legislation that would ban a type of abortion. And that type of abortion is the only means that many women have to access abortion given the wide swaths of the country that ban those “other typers of abortion”

As for t Burlison's plan, clearly it is an attempt to ban abortion nationally , So you either lied when you said that you haven’t heard of any attempts to ban abortion nationally, or, you just have your head that far up your ass. President Donald Trump has granted pardons to three co-founders of the BitMEX cryptocurrency exchange, CNBC has learned.

The co-founders, Arthur Hayes, Benjamin Delo and Samuel Reed, previously pled guilty to a range of federal criminal charges related to money laundering and failure to police the exchange.

Reed pled guilty to violating the Bank Secrecy Act in 2022 and agreed to pay a $10 million fine.
