It would be revealing if we knew where most of these abortions came from. Within states and cities where they came from. Within all of these areas if a small percentage of women are having a higher percentage of the abortions.

I imagine the distribution of abortions is the same as before Dobbs.

Doctors in pro-abortion states can provide abortifacients to pro-life state residents via telemedicine. Or the women simply travel to a pro-abortion state.

Before Roe, most anti-abortion states had an exemption for the health of the mother. As a result, sympathetic doctors would provide abortions for such things as the state of the mother's mental health and the like.
