Why are you replying to a post about CEO's with immigrants? As for foreign doctors, they come here because the US pays the most money in the world for doctors. Many are educated here with the intent of going back home to help their people. In their education they realize how much money can be made here and stay after they graduate. It's why we have the best doctors from around the world.

Ask any hospitals that have foreign nationals. Hospitals recruit internationally to fill their vacancies. There are not enough qualified medical, engineering and other high skilled labor here in the US. US. Corporations are partitioning constantly to raise immigration limits to fill their needs.
