This while the elite politicians and rioters do not do so?

I have requested to see the legally passed law on the books and no one can show it to me.

We had 80,000 dead from the flu two years ago. Futhermore, we know the statistics on COVID are total horseshit. A guy who died in a motorcycle accident was listed as a COVID death.

Being retired the mask mandate hasn't effected me all that much and so I'm not resentful.

Our town council has legal authority to pass ordinances and did so on the mask matter a month ago. Like any other legally passed ordinance it will remain enforce until either the council rescinds it or it is taken to court and determined the council exceeded its authority.

The only potential lawsuit I've heard of concerned our governor closing down gyms by executive order. Mountainside Fitness' CEO challenged it and filed a pre-lawsuit notice of claim. The judge sided with the governor and advised the CEO that he would not likely prevail if he went through with an actual lawsuit.

To further your education, such as it is, Obama halted the reporting of deaths from this and chose to ignore advice on how to handle it. Did nothing for six months to prevent this disease.
