The only reason it was needed was because Biden reversed all policies which were working on the southern border. Biden doesn’t need a new law to return to sound border policies. All he had to do is return to what was working.

That bill said that there needed to be an average of 5,000 people crossing every day for a week or 8,500 in a single day before they could act. It was an idiotic bill.
