Rep. Pascrell Jr. Seeks To Disbar giuliani And 22 Other trump Lawyers

Can you be disbarred for making a complete ass of your self?

Causes of disbarment may include: a felony involving "moral turpitude," forgery, fraud, a history of dishonesty, consistent lack of attention to clients, alcoholism or drug abuse which affect the attorney's ability to practice, theft of funds, or any pattern of violation of the professional code of ethics.

What Trump is doing is civil action, where the objective is to bring both sides in front of a judge/jury and let the facts be presented and scrutinized.

What you want to do is deny Trump the ability to do that because "reasons"

Nobody is denying Trump his choice of lawyers. Trump is denying himself his choice of lawyers, because all the ethical ones won't work for him.

Now he's down to Rudy Giuliani. Who for $20,000 a day, will file any lawsuit you want.

Actually I heard on TV that their state constitution gives the courts control over such election issues. Like when a court orders to polls to remain open later due to problems with their voting machines.

There is a difference between laws and policies. This is why Gore lost his case. Their state federal judge allowed ballot counts to go on until Gore could find enough votes to win. The Florida law said all ballots have to be turned in and certified within seven days. If you want a recount, fine, recount, but have those ballots turned in by the seventh day.

Rudy recently thanked one of the judges for ruling against their case so they can fast track it to the Supreme Court.

What's the different from a court ordering the polls to stay open past the official closing time specified in law, because of a problem with the voting machines.

And the court ordering the absentee ballots to stay open pas the official closing time specified in law, because of a problem with the postal system.

Since Gore's loss the Chicomcrats experimented with fraud in California and perfected the vote by mail fakery.

The man is getting old. The case has virtually nothing in the judicial record. Any appeal is based ONLY on what's in the judicial record.

Bullshit. The left is threatening any lawyer that would work for him. The Lincoln Project doxxed two of them and got twitter banned for it.

Yet nobody can find any actually evidence.
3-5 million illegal votes, and nobody can find evidence of them.

That is yet another case. People had weeks to mail in their ballot. That case will be heard by the SC as well I'm sure. No, a judge cannot order acceptance of ballots three days after the election. That would have to be passed by the legislature. It's why Scalia ordered those ballots to be segregated from all the other ballots.

Yet you accept a judge ordering the acceptance of ballots hours after the election was officially over. And not passed by the legislature.

What's the difference?

Explain how this is legal, and the other not legal.

Note this was a suit brought by the GOP to extend in person voting past the legal deadline.

Again, bully logic.

What a brave keyboard commando you are.
Not being a bully. Being real. Someone's reputation can be very valuable and participating in these bullshit lawsuits is not good for that.

Kind of like defending a child molester in court or something.

So you think a child molester shouldn't be able to defend themselves?

Your just upset Trump won't give up

President Trump’s campaign on Sunday disavowed Sidney Powell, one of his lawyers who has pushed false claims of voter fraud, after she made wild accusations that Republican officials had been involved in a payoff scheme to manipulate voting machines.

The repudiation of Ms. Powell, which came at the hands of former allies like Rudolph W. Giuliani, added unwanted drama for the president’s legal team at a moment when it is losing case after case, offering a public window into the chaotic nature and amateurish tactics of most of its attempts so far to fight the election outcome.

What happened to Sydney to the rescue?

So changing the rules in the middle of the game?
