If there is no distinction between Trump's personal and campaign funds then Trump isnt guilty of the predicate crime that DA Bragg charged him with which makes the business filing charges revert to misdemeanors.

He paid a expense to help with his election and didn't disclose it. In fact, took pains to hide it.
