It seems to me that a lot of people on this site who profess to be Christian often forget this one:

"Each of you knows that the foundation of our faith is charity. Without it, our religion would crumble. We will never be truly Catholic unless we conform our entire lives to the two commandments that are the essence of the Catholic faith: to love the Lord, our God, with all our strength, and to love our neighbor as ourselves."— Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati

Really?

Can you give an example?

Sure. Brokeloser often claims to be a Christian while in the same breath openly declaring his hatred and fear of "dark people."
Would you, as a Christian, like to live in Haiti?

Sounds like you don’t want to live near dark people.
Where on earth do you get that from? I live and work with people from literally every corner of the world every day. Are you grasping at something here?

Then be more specific about what Christians are doing that you claim is un-Christian.

General claims of “hate” from one guy aren’t enough.

I gave you a very specific example. What are you digging for?

the two commandments that are the essence of the Catholic faith: — Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati

there are no commandments from the heavens - frassati cares more for catholicism enforcement mechanism than charity and the very corruption of their catechisms is the reason for catholicisms failure to rather persecute and victimize the innocent than to contribute to the true heavenly principles of inclusion.

Let's take a look at how we love ourselves: When we give ourselves a dressing down, many times if we were to give another person that same, well-deserved dressing down, we would get a punch in the face, or it might be a long time before that person ever spoke to us again. Every time we take a flight we are reminded to put on our own oxygen mask before attempting to help others. How well do we love ourselves, and should we take a look at that first? A third example: I have two chinchillas (Peruvian rodents for those unfamiliar with chinchillas.) If the house were to catch on fire, I know absolutely I would die trying to rescue them. Is this a prime example of how much we value even our pets and/or how little we value ourselves?

Could it be what Christians have forgotten is how to love and value themselves? Could it be Christians, whom you are so critical of, are not valuing themselves? How can Christians have any esteem for themselves when they are constantly being criticized and demeaned by those so much better than they are?

Pretty sure those chinchillas couldn't care less if you died in the fire. Better off getting some BBQ sauce.

Claiming one guy is “hateful” isn’t a good example. Can you show us his posts where he A) claims to be a Christian, and B) says he hates all dark people?

You asked for "an example." I gave you one. Go read some of his posts (any of them, really) if you don't believe me.

The Bible doesn’t teach to allow criminals and murderers to do whatever they want to you and your neighbors. If you love your neighbor you would protect them from evil doers.

In fact the Bible tells us to hate evil.

To love your neighbor also means telling them the truth.

What the Bible says is to hate the sin, NOT the sinner. Go read some of Brokeloser's posts and get back to me.

Yeah, cept... He's Catholic. Not "Christian". For starters...
