Read this democrats and realize people are waking up

This writer is spot on, the democrats want to gut the Constitution and any court that rules against them, they want to eliminate the electoral college and create one party rule while they violate every law against it.

Who would have thought that senior members of the democratic party would plan to eliminate a court that voted against them and upheld a constitution? This is what the party has admitted to with this plan for Virginia's Supreme Court.
Trump has already gutted the Constitution, and you love it!!!

The one law he is ignoring is the War Powers Act. The Constitution states that Congress is the authority to declare and finance wars.

The U.S. Constitution (Article I, Section 8) grants Congress the exclusive power to declare war and finance military conflicts. While Congress retains the purse strings and the authority to initiate formal hostilities, the President serves as Commander-in-Chief, creating a constant balance of power. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Every state the dems control is heavily gerrymandered. And have been for years. I don't recall you complaining about the disenfranchised republicans in those states. suddenly because your side is getting the same treatment you are upset. Go cry your fake tears to someone that cares.
So are the Republican states, or have you turned a blind eye to Republican ploys?

they will be now but weren't before. you all brought this on yourselves.
Bullshit, I brought none of this since gerrymandering is an issue as old as the USA.

1788: The First Congressional Map
Even before the term "gerrymander" was coined, politicians were already drawing districts to block their rivals. During the creation of Virginia's first congressional map, Anti-Federalists intentionally drew boundary lines to force Federalist James Madison to run against his Anti-Federalist rival, James Monroe, hoping to keep Madison out of Congress. (Madison won anyway)

How did we get all this gerrymandering? A short history of the Republican redistricting scheme

A plan to redistrict states to benefit Republicans was conceived of 15 years ago. It’s been an enormous success

This court has taught us that the only rule is that the constitution means whatever you want to get what you want.
This line of thinking is why dembots should never be judges or in a position to select a judge

When has trump declared war? Or financed a war? How’d he do that?

What has Trump gutted that hundreds of TDS activist judges could not stop? Can you name even one?

Trump is gutting the Constitution and any ethics he can and you love it!

What a load of bullshit, given that it comes from just one state and that state was totally red until recently when it turned blue by just one representative (5 Democrats and 4 Republicans).

In addition, and talking about the Constitution, from day on of his 2025 presidency, Trump has been trying to destroy the Constitution, and you (and all Trump cult members) ignore that.

In fact, they encourage it and look forward to the demise of the Constitution along with Trump.

You will find that over the entire world's population, there is every possible way of thinking/ opinion and as such, you will always be able to find some example to support your point of view. That is why the Constitution works, given that it has checks and balances included, meaning that it takes a majority for that to happen.

For every State, you will find people that in some way want to get things done their way, and if it is against the Constitution, they don't care. Nonetheless, one State does not rule. It takes the majority of States to pick a president and in 2025, the red States won and elected Trump, who is trying to take down the Constitution (and having some success doing it because HE IS IN POWER). Virginia is NOT in power. Why don't you criticize that, given that it is happening because of Trump and the red States are supporting him doing so?

When you say Trump has been trying to destroy the Constitution what specifically are you talking about? Deporting illegals? Shutting down fraud?

It went well beyond making sure everyone gets a vote. The intent of the bill was to prevent the kind of gerrymandering we see now going to be seeing in the states and will result in far fewer minority office holders.

Oh, and this court didn’t have a problem with a racial gerrymander in Texas.
Now there's the capability to draw district lines by each house...

15th post
We have only two house member, two congressional districts that have a clean cut line, for equal amount of citizens in each district.
LOL, as does every congressional district--it is how those 'clean-cut lines' are placed that make the difference. MA has been gerrymandered for the democrats for decades and VA just got slapped down for their blatant attempt. CA is another democrat gerrymandered state. Why aren't you complaining about those? I can hear you now, "Bbbbut that's diiiiiifferent."

you mean the beyond the pale gerrymandering that was used to create those black only districts? Have you ever looked at a map and seen what those districts looked like in most states?

80% of the country wants voter id, but that doesn't mean we get it.
Most Red States require it already. That is why the left has a harder time Cheating here.

Its deep blye states fighting against it.

They have to be sued just to update voter rolls. ID THATS RACIST aka BLACKS ARE TOO STUPID TO GET AN ID.

They CHEAT. EVERYONE KNOWS IT. They DENY but know its True

And republicans doing this is okay?

_________

Tennessee lawmakers recently passed a new U.S. House map that splits Memphis into three different congressional districts. This redistricting carves up the city's majority-Black population, combining portions of it with surrounding rural, conservative communities to favor Republican candidates.
So you don't see a problem with these urban dwellers forcing their will on the surrounding rural communities? Race has nothing to do with it. It is a societal construct that you are using to attempt to get your way. The same thing happens in CA and WA. The large urban areas dictate how the rural population lives.
