Living here in PA I can tell you that most likely he will be primaried. I'm guessing at this point but I believe it will be Gov Shapiro. If he gets re-elected this Nov which I think he will barring something unforeseen ( I will NOT be voting for him) he will test the 2028 WH waters and will figure he cannot win the Dem nomination. Shapiro has an ego that dwarfs even Trump's (just alot smoother about it) and HATES to lose at anything so he will run against Fetterman. I do not believe Fetterman will switch but he could run as an independent in the fall of 2028.
