I'd much rather have a Super Max prison on my property line. They are very quiet unless it's generator testing day and that does not last but about an hour a week.

I have a horrible case of tinnitus. I have to have constant back ground noise or I would go batshit insane. Power plant dependent on what type.

I can relate. However, I do better suffering the tinnitus than the ambient noise--I like the silence. I prefer not having neighbors.
