Read this democrats and realize people are waking up

SCOTUS is taking us back to a time when black people were excluded from political power by the white majority.
Just so we know you are credible and can be trusted as an authority on matters such as these, can you link us to your posts demonstrating your outrage over the Mexicans here on stolen citizenships that were planted by Dems who have enough “political power” to win CA, NM, CO and much of NV, AZ and TX for Democrats?
Remember, no illegal Mexicans = No relevant Democrat Party.

A leftist activist judicial ruling is not the US Constitution. Just because democrats interpret the Constitution to suit their agenda does not mean their interpretations are right.
Your reply is biased, given that you cannot shoe “exactly” how those rulings were not based on the Constitution. When you can do that, we will discuss it again

Don't wait up. I am happy to agree with law experts you disagree with.

Both parties have shown they don't care about the people. They are cultists, who are filled with idol worship. Partisanism has become a religion.

Do you want me to quote Ted Cruz?

You mean this?

Cruz has consistently argued that legal actions and complaints brought by Democrats against Trump are legally baseless. Specifically: [1]
  • Political Motivation: He claims that the prosecutions are merely political persecution stemming from Democrats being terrified of Trump's re-election and electoral success.
  • Ballot vs. Court: Regarding attempts to remove Trump from ballots, Cruz argued that elections should be determined by voters at the ballot box rather than by judges or prosecutors. [1, 2]

Evidence and Constitutional Arguments

To support his stance, Cruz frequently references specific constitutional principles and historical precedents: [1]
  • The First Amendment as a Check on Government: Cruz often emphasizes that the U.S. Constitution (specifically the First Amendment) is designed to check government overreach, and he points out that political trials or the government threatening retaliation against political opponents or the media are unconstitutional.
  • Universal Injunctions and Executive Power: Cruz has criticized the use of nationwide injunctions by single district judges against Trump's executive actions (such as policies on immigration or birthright citizenship). He cites over 200 years of historical precedent and Article 2 of the Constitution, arguing that district judges acting as de facto national policymakers undermine the President's constitutional authority and improperly intrude on the executive branch.
  • Judicial Accountability: Cruz has strongly defended the separation of powers and has actively warned against what he terms "judicial assault" by activist courts attempting to undermine constitutional protections. He even introduced a constitutional amendment to prevent Democrats from "court-packing" or expanding the Supreme Court, which he framed as an unconstitutional power grab to subvert legitimate legal outcomes.
Do I need to remind you that at no time has Ted Cruz proven his allegations/accusations in a legal way?

All the above in bold are what Cruz stated and are simply HIS OWN TAKE on what the Constitution says. When he proves he is correct (nationally and through the Supreme Court), get back to me!
