re think how we administer drugs and change mental health

I'm a big believer in drugs and connection to mental health. An estimated 66% of world population is estimated to have an undiagnosed mental illness. The current methodology of drug administration is wrong and asking for trouble. I think if they allowed for pharmacy's to give out a weak dose of your choice of drugs once a month, a recreational vacation, we would see wopping changes in mental health for the positive. Everyone I've talked to has agreed that they would enjoy such a program. The way they hand out bottles of codiene and amphetamines now by prescription is not only nonsense but is asking for trouble from all sides.
