And yes, the natural right of self-defense surely does convey the ownership of a purposeful tool kit. Explosives and bombs are not included because they are indiscriminate.
No, if you have a gun, the right to self defense allows you to use it. It doesn't convey a right to own that weapon.
I could defend myself with a tank. Do I have a right to a tank? I could use a SAM, a right to a SAM?
NOPE.
You give permission for your kid to do this, that doesn't mean the government recognizes adult rights for kids.
