Each of those nations/empires you listed had their own borders. Those borders never included the Land of Israel. These nations OVERSAW the territory. There was no nation except Israel. You can't be this dense

It isn’t occupying, that land became part of a nation. You’re looking to split hairs by redefining nation. Israel was built on the remains of older peoples. Egypt’s borders ebbed and flowed, encompassing territory that once belonged to another. All nations today are built upon or incorporated, in part or in whole former nations, kingdoms, territories. This is like saying the US is occupying land held by former nations and isn’t a nation. There are a lot of old nations…here is another, Babylonian Empire.
