Nowadays they don't make good music and films at all, but on the whole you are wrong. If we talk about modern music, in any case there was a lot of high-quality music in Russia. And the films were decent. I would say that the United States is now below the floor in film production. Even in action style, they've been putting out complete shit for the past 15 years. You need to have a special talent to invest hundreds of millions, and release such outright shit as, for example, the matrix, they can't even find actors who are technically ready for such roles.
As for Ukrainian folk music, it is generally the best in the world. Ukrainians and Poles have a very melodic language

I have never heard anything Korean at all. Britain is only good at making films about drug addicts. Sex pistols are the worst performers, they didn't know how to play at all.

Are you crazy? The whole music industry since early 60s depend totally on the music from UK. 90% of legendary rock groups came from Britain.
