Eh... here's a simple one for those who like Pierogies
Needed:
one box of bow tie pasta
6-7 medium size potatoes
one pound Velveeta Cheese
an onion
Salt/Pepper/seasons to taste
Cook the pasta. Mash the potatoes as you normally would make mashed potatoes. Add the Velveeta Cheese into the mashed potatoes and mix well until all blended. Brown the onions in butter in pan.
Pour the pasta into a casserole dish. Top with all of the cheesy mashed potatoes. Pour the fried onions/butter evenly over the top of the mashed potatoes. Heat in the oven just long enough to evenly heat everything (I usually put it in for about 20 mins at 350). WaH LaH.
This is actually an easy thing that makes a big mess. I usually like to make this to take to those family picnics and things in the summer. Yummy.
