Made a great pizza dough using this method it will make 1 large pizza that will spread out on your pizza tray easily without shrinking back.
Liquids go first in bread machines
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbls water (105-110 degrees)

1 Tbls butter, softened or (3/4 tblsp and 1/4 tblspn olive oil [do not use bitter brands])

2 cups flour ( bread flour )

1 tsp salt

1 heaping tsp bread machine yeast

1 Tbls sugar (mainly on top of yeast to help activate it)

Use your bread machine DOUGH setting.

I used the dough after it was fully mixed and risen in the light heat of the machine.

Grab the dough by the thick crust edges letting the weight fall to stretch then place on veg oil light coated pizza tray, especially if you use aluminum foil on your tray, and easily push out the dough to the edges of the pan and it should stay without that tedious contracting that requires constant stretching.

I like using can crush tomatoes (hunts or walmart brand) with garlic powder oregano onion powder salt and parm cheese.
Use your prefered blend of grated cheese Mozz & maybe some thin non smoked provolone and toppings. Preheated oven 415° 12 minutes

I bet you miss the smell of fresh bread permeating the house.
