Not for putting troops in the street for normal law enforcement, against constitutional norms. He didn't even activate specific MP units, who would have at least had some training in law enforcement. At a whole, the military is much better at breaking shit, than solving crimes, as they are trained to break shit. I support their use in civil disturbance, as guardsmen have historically been specifically trained in that, but not law enforcement. Even on civil disturbance armed duty, where confrontation is expected, the average guardsman primary thinking, is definitely going home to his wife and kids in one peace, so he can support his family, while protecting himself and his fellow guardsman, but law enforcement does not figure into it. Remember Kent State and 4 dead in Ohio? Is Illinois next? Trump said, they are going to find out, why he renamed it the Department of War, as he plans to mobilize the Guard for Chicago.

Given up on civilian justice, and need lawyers, that can be kicked out of the military if they do not get the required results?

FYI-They fired 100 of the existing civilian immigration judges, without cause from what I've read....probably really good and qualified ones.....
