There was never a “ban” on transgender to begin with. The military just isn’t going to play along with gender bender crap. Males are held to a certain standard, and female to another (lower) standard. This has always been been the case.

The military doesn’t care if you are queer or a cross dresser on your own time. You’re just not going to do it while in uniform, or let it affect your ability to do your duty in the military.

The military is “designed” to exclude anyone that doesn’t meet physical and mental standards. There are constant tests both physical and job related. This idea that people have a “right” to be in the military is based on a lie.

The ban stays in effect and likely will. They ban midgets and people with asthma from the military. They sure as hell can ban mentally ill people who require expensive hormone treatments.
