The ban stays in effect until Trump is gone. SCOTUS doesn't run the military. The executive branch does. A new President can immediately order the Pentagon to rescind the ban, and theres nothing SCOTUS can do about it.

I don't know the answer to that.

My attitude in the military changed as I watched LGBTQ+ serve honorably, do their jobs, get hurt, and die.

One of the finest first basemen I ever saw was a big hard-hitting left-handed lesbian. She was a great human being.

At the end of the day, maybe it shouldn't matter what a person's sexual preference is. Everyone who enlists has a reason for making such a move and perhaps that reason should be what is most important. As long as a person understands what enlisting entails, maybe nothing else should matter as much.

So the court ruled that Hegseth fired them due to "unconstitional animus". Doesn't that same animus also apply to everyone and everything they consider "woke" including Black people, particularly Black women, women in general, and anyone else not of the white male Christian heterosexual majority?
