Gregg Jarrett: New evidence on Michael Flynn — drop all charges and let him sue his persecutors
New court documents finally handed over to Flynn’s lawyer contain exculpatory evidence that has been long sought, yet concealed until now.www.foxnews.com

1. What was Flynn's "crime" that warranted an FBI investigation? zero/none/nada (unless you count not registering as a lobbyist for Turkey, a US ally, not a felony or serious crime. its a fine when democrats do it)No, Flynn wasnt "set up".Did you even read the link you posted?1. Flynn pleaded guilty to a felony.Your proof of this slanderous accusation?Another brilliant idea from Trumpist deadheads.
Yeah let us put a felonious unreliable corrupt Russian stooge in charge of the FBI. That sounds like Trumpist idiocy..
Trumpism is just another word for lunacy.
2. Flynn lied about his discussions with Sergei Kislyak.
3. Flynn is known to have an affinity for the Russians and Putin in particular.

Michael Flynn's Russia Timeline - FactCheck.org
Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, President Trump’s former national security adviser, pleaded guilty to making false statements to the FBI, the U.S. Special Counsel's Office announced on Dec. 1. We outline some key events in the Russia investigation involving Flynn.www.factcheck.org
In other words, in Trumplandia the perfect person to hand over sensitive US intelligence to.
1. Flynn was perjury trapped by the FBI. What Flynn "lied about" was perfectly legal and was part of his position.
2. Flynn's "lie" was (see below) Why did he lie? That was stupid, but not a serious lie, its ticky-tack at best.
3. There is no "Russian" anything about Flynn, it was his job to talk to Russians.
4. He failed to register as a lobbyist for Turkey, that's a fine, not a prison term.
- Flynn told the FBI that in his conversations with Kislyak during the presidential transition, he did not attempt to influence Russia's vote on a UN Security Council resolution concerning Israeli settlements. He admitted in his charging document in Mueller's case that a senior member of the Trump transition team directed him to contact Kislyak to learn where Russia stood and urge them to vote against the resolution.
- Flynn also told the FBI that he did not ask Kislyak to refrain from escalating tensions in response to steps taken by Barack Obama over Moscow's election meddling, which included expelling alleged Russian spies and closing two Russian diplomatic compounds in the U.S. Flynn later admitted that, acting on behalf of a senior member of Trump's transition team, he contacted Kislyak to ask that Russia show restraint. Vladimir Putin ultimately elected not to escalate the situation, a move Trump called "very smart."
The investigator having a coherent interrogation strategy does not equal "being set up."
Lawyers say FBI's tactics towords Flynn were routine.
- Flynn opted to lie to the FBI.
- Flynn went to court.
- Flynn plead guilty.
- Flynn was placed under oath.
- Flynn told the judge he knowingly lied to the FBI.
new Michael Flynn documents aren’t the bombshell Trump is making them out to be.
No federal prosecutor or member of federal law enforcement of any standing whatsoever (apart from Trump appointees) believes that even a single error was made in the Flynn case or that Flynn got anything but a sweetheart deal.
As the article states, the questioning tactics were routine and standard FBI procedure. Flynn knew the laws, and still chose to break them.
Trump didn’t really even like Flynn and was unhappy with him as NSA. Trump just wants to keep Flynn quiet about the uncharged crimes that Flynn got away with thanks to his very generous plea deal.
Why The Latest Flynn Entrapment Claims Are As Bogus As The Last Ones
Makes sense....more crooks running this so-called administration.Let's see how many of those criminals involved in Operation Crossfire Hurricane Razor start quaking in their cowardly boots!![]()

Republicans demand interviews with FBI's Priestap, Pientka after bombshell Michael Flynn revelations
Reps. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, and Mike Johnson, R-La., on Monday demanded that FBI Director Christopher Wray provide a slew of information after last week's bombshell revelations in the case of former national security adviser Michael Flynn -- and the lawmakers are specifically seeking to question a...www.foxnews.com
The new evidence is NOT exculpatory. Does anyone care what that word even means?
The new evidence indicates that Flynn was unfairly targeted and induced to lie through a "perjury trap."
But HE DID BREAK THE LAW AND HE DID LIE ABOUT IT. None of the new evidence contradicts those two facts, or the fact that he and his son failed to register as foreign agents, as required by law.
Was it a bullshit case? Yes. Did the FBI act abominably? Yes. Should some of those agents be fired or prosecuted for law-breaking? Yes.
But none of this is "exculpatory."
The Democratic bullshit conspiracy is all coming out now!Republicans demanding testimony.Nope.
