.....not Democrats.

1.The above is the basis for the contention over the 2020 election. If one is an American, a believer that the Constitution is the law of the land, then Trump was robbed, as were all Americas by the theft of the election.

2. Today's City Journal has an article that deals with the question of Democrats getting away with turning over the alterations of time, place, and method of national elections......illegally.....to their minions:
FROM THE MAGAZINE

States Take the Initiative

The already-high-stakes 2022 election season will also feature a host of state ballot measures on hot-button issues.

3. Central to the issue is the number of Democrat states allowed

it state governors,

election officials,

attorneys general,

state courts,

state constitutions,

sec’ys of state,

election commissions......

to alter “time, place, and manner” of elections.

None of whom are so authorized by the Constitution.

4. This is one of the comments after the article:
Regarding "states' initiatives," Winston Churchill expressed the idea by noting that we're at the end of the beginning. Reclaiming the full nature of federalism has a long way to go.
From a recent press report, the US Supreme Court has agreed to hear an argument that only state legislatures have the right to change election laws, not leftist courts or the executive branch. The case is Moore v Harper.

It is unbelievable that an issue like this needs to be heard at the Supreme Court. It is a testament as to how badly off-track the nation has veered. The action is brought by a North Carolina state legislator over that states' Supreme Court nullification of voting district maps drawn by the legislature.

Given the illegal shenanigans that took place in 2020 across the battleground states, we are still at the beginning of reasserting the full scope of federalism in the US. In thoroughly unconstitutional actions, you had the governors in New Jersey and Pennsylvania nullifying the legislative branch when it came to election matters. In Georgia, the Secretary of State was dictating election rules to the legislature.

The nation's founders believed that legislatures were the branch closest to the people. That there are pressures against them tells us that the "will of the people" is under attack. We are still at the beginning of this process.

5. Only a state legislature is entitled to make said alterations.

The election was illegitimately decided.
