Only 29 Percent Support Sending US Troops to Eastern Europe in Ukraine Crisis; 76 Percent Reject Pledge to Only Consider Black Woman for Supreme Court​

An ABC News/Ipsos poll released Sunday shows Joe Biden has lost support of the American people, including losing a majority of Democrats, on key issues facing the country, most notably rejecting Biden’s pledge to only consider a Black woman for the Supreme Court and Biden sending U.S. troops to Eastern Europe in the Ukraine-Russia crisis. The poll also delivered crushing news for Biden on his handling of the economy with only one percent believing the economy is “excellent” and just 23 percent say the economy is “good”.

The poll shows Biden does not have majority support from Democrats for deploying troops to Eastern Europe, his position on only considering a Black woman to replace the retiring Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer or on his handling of the economy.
Ipsos headlined their report on the poll: President Biden continues to lose ground with the American public on a range of issues (excerpts):

Commentary:
So overall Biden's approval rating is in the mid 25% percentile.
One would expect that after one year in office Biden's approval percentage would be somewhere in the high 40's or 50's. Yet, each month that goes by he creates another crisis within this nation.
Whether, its Supply chain, Inflation, National Security, Foreign Policy, the Economy, or the Border, we can trust Joseph Robinette Biden to screw the pooch on any and all decisions he and his handlers make.
It's absolutely disgusting for Biden even to hint that he'd limit his racist consideration of Supreme Court nominees to one race and one sex.
Haven't we been told incessantly by the Quisling Media and Progressive Marxist/DSA Democrats that it's the GOP and their deplorable white followers that are the racists within America and that the PM/DSA Dem Leftists would lift us out of our racist past that they themselves have created for hundreds of years and continue to do so,
 
I think the right is paying undue attention to the SCOTUS choice.....No matter the flavor of Tater The Putz's choice it's just going to be a leftist shit-stain anyway....Rubber stamp it and move on. Don't give the dems the satisfaction of a stage for no longer than necessary.

The SCOTUS nomination processed was fubared before Biden ever took office. And we now stand with the results of some absolutely terrible nominations, from both parties. The court is a dysfunctional clusterfawk, a political circus, and both parties deserve the blame. To be blunt, I pity the poor soul that gets the nomination, and if they had any sense of pride they would immediately withdraw their nomination.

How are Democrats to blame? They didn't turn over their Supreme Court picks to the dark money interests behind the Federalist Society, which has been grooming right wing jurists for the SC for a generation. They didn't nominate sexual predators, and a Stepford wife to the SC.

You're right the "modern day Lynching" of a black jurist to the Supreme Court was the beginning. As far as dysfunctionality of the SC. I have to agree that Constitutional reasoning has been discarded by those nominated by the Left.

OK, thank you for one of the best laughs I have had in a long time. "Stepford wife", I am actually ROFL, that is classic. But come on, Sotomayor, Kagan, they are both way out of their element. I mean I am all for diversity, I really am, but there are dozens of supremely more deserving of a SCOTUS justice seat than those two. And that has became a problem. Now we have a conservative majority, and an affirmative action minority that is in no way equipped to deal with the opposing majority, even if it includes a sexual predator and a Stepford wife. I got to be honest, RBG was a beast, Sotomayor and Kagan are sheep being led to slaughter.

I mean why is Laurence Tribe not on the SCOTUS? He is supremely more qualified than any nominee in the last two decades. But he is white, and he is male. Like I said, I am all for diversity, but this is beyond stupid. John Roberts was taught by Laurence Tribe. Placing hime on the SCOTUS would be a demonstration of real power by Biden, and it would come a little closer to leveling the playing field and making up for past mistakes.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out going to war to keep Russia in line is self defeating and
turns a slap fight into a brutal knife fight in a dirty alley very quickly.

As far as Biden insisting on a black woman for the Supreme Court wouldn't it be better if
Quid Pro Joe, the man whose VP nominee called Joe a racist during the democrat primaries,
found an exemplary female black candidate first?

It's like insisting you will cross the Mojave desert in a 1964 VW Beetle no matter if that's wise or not.
