Nope, that data is collected but NOT used by Crosscheck. They don't even use Sr or Jr.
How do you explain how Tiffany Trump, Steve Bannon, Sean Spicer, Jarad Kushner, and Stephen Munchen were all registered to vote in more than one state and Crosscheck missed them?

How many people with exactly the same name have exactly the same date of birth? Personally, I've never come across anyone or found anyone with my exact same name much less my DOB.

You would be surprised. I worked for over a decade with the company that matches organ donors with recipients, and yes, there are people with the same name and the same birth date, even in that relatively small data set. They have a dickens of a time positively identifying people.

To make sure the system finds suspect voters, Crosscheck supposedly matches first, middle and last name, plus birth date, and provides the last four digits of a Social Security number for additional verification.

No, it is the GOP program to purge minority voters by looking for common minority names across many states. If your name is Jose Garcia you are suspected of voting in 27 states according to Kobach's Crosscheck List, and all 27 voters will be purged even though they are 27 DIFFERENT people.

The proof is Crosscheck does NOT use the last 4 digits of a persons SSN to distinguish between people with the same name. If you have the same name as anyone else in another state you are purged by Crosscheck.

That is what Kobach claims, but in studies of their list of "matches" they only used first and last names, not middle names or DOB.

"We were able to obtain more lists – Georgia and Washington state, the total number of voters adding up to more than 1 million matches – and Crosscheck's results seemed at best deeply flawed. We found that one-fourth of the names on the list actually lacked a middle-name match. The system can also mistakenly identify fathers and sons as the same voter, ignoring designations of Jr. and Sr. A whole lot of people named "James Brown" are suspected of voting or registering twice, 357 of them in Georgia alone. But according to Crosscheck, James Willie Brown is supposed to be the same voter as James Arthur Brown. James Clifford Brown is allegedly the same voter as James Lynn Brown.

And those promised birth dates and Social Security numbers? The Crosscheck instruction manual says that "Social Security numbers are included for verification; the numbers might or might not match" – which leaves a crucial step in the identification process up to the states. Social Security numbers weren't even included in the state lists we obtained."

Ufot's own group, New Georgia Project, has also seen the registrations of new voters of color suspiciously vanish.

Ufot told me, "We submitted 86,419 voter registration forms. There are 46,000 of the folks that we've registered who have made it, and 40,000 of them are missing."

So, New Georgia Project contacted the Republican Secretary of State's office.

"You know what they told us?" Ufot asked. "'We don't know what you're talking about. What forms?' They did not disappear. We intentionally registered voters on paper forms so that we could make copies. We knew who they were. They were not on the voter rolls."

I understand that ID isn't part of this particular case, but ultimately I think everything is linked. You use a weakness in one area to exploit other weaknesses. Thus, it would seem to me that controlling ALL aspects of the voting process, making sure there is a paper trail to ensure authenticity, and accuracy, would be something that EVERYONE should desire.

I think the media is overly fixating a bit on Russia's interference, while absolutely no air-time is being devoted to the GOP's home grown voter suppression tactics which should be the real focus right now.
