I was down in Maryland last year for the fourth visiting family, had to run to the gas station because I misplaced my lighter and was the only smoker there. Saw a group of like 15-20 (tops) standing on the sidewalk with stupid signs alas being very peaceful and even with a couple young children. All I could think was, what a waste of a July 4th they could be enjoying and celebrating the birth of our great country. Sad
