Not sure of the condition of the pilots, but four parachutes were observed.
Hope they are alive.

Two very expensive aircraft, Navy EA-18G, Growler lost.
About $72 million each,
Thank goodness the aircrews got out.

Hate to say it, but looks to be the fault of the aircraft/pilot on top of the collision (lock together of aircraft). In a maneuver like that, the upper pilot should always move to keep the other aircraft in sight, and out of his pathway. Too often these "fancy" moves to come down close to the other can end like this.
