The reason it became such a mess was Pelosi's statement of having to pass it to see what was in it.

They had 60 votes in the senate for 35 days and passed the most important social reform for the working class and poor and the lower middle class since LBJ. 75% of those on the exchanges pay less than $100 a month for healthcare. Pre-existing conditions no problem. Change the channel.
